I would like to grant free of charge to some users of my application that is paid in the subscription format. It is possible?

It would be important to be able to grant and revoke the gratuity according to the indication of other users to use the application.

There is no free grant/grant & revoke scheme that Apple allows for your example. All transactions involve the store, not casual methods up to the dev.
