Ios9 unable to pair with Watch OS 2

Well mine is bricked. Both watch and phone hung after wrist selection and both required a forced restart. Watch will not pair with any phone I've tried. When trying to pair manually the watch will not broadcast its name. I've performed both reset settings and reset content and settings on my phone with no luck. Took the watch to an Apple store where the "Genius" said they've seen pairing issues such as this. They're replacing mine free of charge.

I encountered this problem yesterday. My solution is using DFU to downgrade your phone to iOS 9 beta1. Then pairing the apple watch. After all those. You can use ota to update your phone from beta1 to beta2.

My solution did not require resetting my phone. On my iPhone, I signed out of iCloud and the App Store, and turned off iMessage. The watch paired perfectly afterwards. After the watch was synced, I signed back into iCloud/App Store and turned on iMessage.
