iOS 14 iPad get stuck with white screen when building at launch

I can only see the status bar. If I stop running the build, and relaunch the app from the iPad itself, it works as intended. iPad simulators are similar to the white screen freeze. iPhone works completely perfectly fine. Any ideas? I updated to Xcode 12 but still same issue.

Saw it's not exclusive to my file, tried another project and it's giving me the same issue.

experiencing the same issue. tried reseting iPad but does not solves the issue. did you find any solution?
