I have a Windows PC running iTunes and an iMac, and the iPad in question is an iPad 3 that runs 9.3.5. I want to be able to get an app’s .ipa file off of the iPad and onto my PC or iMac. I tried following tutorials on YouTube and Apple’s own website but when I try to use “transfer purchases” on my PC it doesn’t work, it doesn’t store it in My Documents or anywhere I could see, and doing it on Mac seems to require third-party software. How do I do this?
