APNS Legacy Binary Protocol end date

Can anyone confirm what is the official date for the end of the APNS Legacy Binary Protocol.
Until now we have found 2 dates (see below for the links):

• End of November 2020

• March 31, 2021Anyone can confirm which one is correct?

Legacy ports 2195 and 2196 are deprecated and will not be supported after November 2020.
