Run button greyed/disabled Xcode 12 bug?

After some time of Xcode usage, I noticed that Run button goes grey. But after Xcode restart it is enabled again.
Changing scheme to another doesn't help, only restart.
In previous Xcode version I have no problem with that.

Is this a bug? Do You have same experience?

Yes, I've just encountered this with Version 12.2 (12B45b). Restarting Xcode fixed it so I assume it is a bug.

This is happening to me when I try to run on a locked device. The run button is grayed. I can still run it from the menu Product->Run but the keyboard shortcut is also grayed. I need to restart Xcode and make sure my device is unlocked or else it'll gray out again. I'm using an iPhone 12 mini running 14.2.1 on Xcode 12.2 (12B45b)
