iPhone lags when wake phone via Touch ID

Hello, I have problem
There is a lag when unlocking with Touch ID. After unlocking, there is no animation of the unlock itself. After unlocking, the device loses performance for 3-5 seconds, then everything passes.
To repeat this: 

1. Launch any app (for example, weather). 

2. Lock the screen. 

3. Unlock with your fingerprint. 

The problem still persists even in the new beta versions. This problem is also seen on iOS 14.2 and below. The problem does not occur if the device is on charge. The problem disappears if you remove your fingerprints and unlock the device only with a password. Same problem from iOS 14.3 beta 3.

I've reset my iPhone via iTunes, restored it as new, restored it from a backup, but it's all useless.
Please pay attention to the problem and fix it in future beta versions.
