Submitting seperate build for same iPhone and Ipad App

Hi Everyone.

Quick Query:

The Universal iOS code that publishes to iPad and iPhone isnt great! iPads are so different in aspect ratio we struggle to get our apps looking good. Can you submit a unique iPad build and a unique iPhone build to Apple using the same App name I wonder?

It would be easier to get the graphics right then!

Does anyone out there know?!?
