Healthkit Data to 3rd Party

I want to use a 3rd party SDK that will collect/aggregate my users physical activity data and then that 3rd party would provide achievements within my app. The SDK does not market, advertise or sell any of the data, just aggregates/stores the data so that I don't have to and reduces the complexity of my own app servers and backend structure.

Is this allowed? I see in the App Store Guidelines under:

"5.1.3 Health and Health Research, (i) Apps may not use or disclose to third parties data gathered in the health, fitness, and medical research context—including from the Clinical Health Records API, HealthKit API, Motion and Fitness, MovementDisorderAPIs, or health-related human subject research—for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data mining purposes other than improving health management, or for the purpose of health research, and then only with permission. Apps may, however, use a user’s health or fitness data to provide a benefit directly to that user (such as a reduced insurance premium), provided that the app is submitted by the entity providing the benefit, and the data is not be shared with a third party. You must disclose the specific health data that you are collecting from the device."

Since this 3rd party SDK is not marketing/selling the data, they're just providing the back end and aggregation of the data and organization of the physical activity achievements in my app, does that violate the 5.1.3.i section of the App Store Guidelines?? Would this be considered "use-based" if the whole purpose is to influence people to improve their health?

Any help or clarification on this would be awesome, thank you all!
