What's the minimum age for publishing your App

Hi guys, This is Janmesh. I'm 13 and I created an app and now I need to enrol in the 'Apple Developer Program' but it shows you cannot' enroll at this time. So what's the minimum age for enrolling in the program?

To have a developer account you must be 18 or older. An adult would have to do that for you.
