how to remove an application from App Store Connect? I have error

I need remove app from App Store Connect. This app is not published, I moved it to another account. so what I did:
Removed from sale

1. Removed from sale

2. Removed all purchases and subscriptions

3. I tried to "Remove app" - but I have error

    This app is unable to be removed right now.
 This app has in-app purchases that are in review. Please try again once 
 these in-app purchases are no longer being reviewed.

How I can fix it? or should I just wait? although it has already been about 4 days after deleting purchases and subscriptions.

I wrote in support, but there is no answer yet.
