the support engineer is don't understand me, what can I do?

I am transferring the application from the old account to the new one.
to post to a new account, I need to delete the application from the old one.

 so what I did:
  1. Removed from sale

  2. Removed all purchases and subscriptions

  3. I tried to "Remove app" - but I have error

I wrote in support.
I was asked to send additional information (when it happened, browser version, etc.).
I have sent all the information you need.
in response I receive the same letter - send additional information.
this cycle was repeated several times. I think I am communicating with a buggy bot.

this is a very urgent issue for my business, what should i do? I need help.
