Safari JSContext debugger missing

I'm running Xcode 8.1, Safari 10.0.1, and macOS Sierra, and I no longer see an option in Safari's Develop menu to debug my TVML-based apps' JSContexts. Is there something I'm missing? Is this feature just broken?

The solution was to reboot my computer. Less than ideal, but at least I'm back in action.
