I am a new developer. Currently, developing an app on both IOS/ Android and also web . However, I am kinda worry about taxes. Once I finish it , I am planning to earn money via Ads revenue and Paid Membership. I probably will launch it as SOLO but then might change to LLC or incorporate depends on the revenue.
So, my question is if I am solo, how I will be paying income and state taxes?!! and is there any legal things should be consider. I am building a social media so there will be data involved.
Have no idea what are the legal steps I should take. Considering a User privacy, Taxes, How to make a name of the app belong to me basically legalize it so no one can steal it and how to make an app that no one can steal the idea or copy it ?
