Provisioning Profiles expired

I have an iOS App in the store for some years now. I did not update it as it works fine. I recently noticed all my Provisioning Profiles had expired. My iOS development and distribution certificates are still valid. What does this mean? Can i update my existing App and release or not? I'm still a member and have admin privileges. I tried to set the latest Xcode to 'Automatic' setting but it doesn't go through. The certificates, provisioning profiles, key chains and code signing while very important, continues to be quite confusing to me.

Thanks

It means you'll need to update them next time you update that app.

Use the 'Member Center' link above, find that profile and refresh, then see if Xcode offers to use it.

BTW, 'latest xcode' is rarely useful - instead, tell the version and build number you're using, thanks.

Yes you can update your App. You will just need to update your provisioning profile. Try updating your Provisioning Profile, then in Xcode, in your project under TARGETS > General, uncheck "Automatically manage signing". Next in the Signing section select your curent Provisioning Profile.

This just happened to me today. I was able to upload a new binary to Apple after pulling my hair out.

Cheers

There is no 'Member Center' link above

Indeed. That was renamed Account many moons ago.
