Is it OK with only one social login option in this situation?

I have a web service(say CommerceWeb) which can only login with Google, and this is the one and only option to sign up and login. (There's no another option like e-mail login, etc.) Now I want to make an iOS app(say ChatApp), which provide different service from CommerceWeb.

For example, CommerceWeb is a conventional commerce service. While in ChatApp, a user can chat with another user, (or anything not like the web service) but the user's account is same as CommerceWeb. And if a new user want to make an account for ChatApp, they have to make one from CommerceWeb(which only provides google login), and login with that account in ChatApp.

So I want to make a button which can link the account of CommerceWeb to ChatApp, but CommerceWeb has the only one login method (Google login) so anyone who click the link button have to see the Google's OAuth page. Then, if the user does not have account on the CommerceWeb, user can use the app without signup or login. Or if the user has an account, user can see their info of CommerceWeb's account (like personal info or something.)

In this case, is Sign in with Apple required?

I DID read the guideline and I don't know if this is the case of 4.8 or not.

From the guideline:

4.8 Sign in with Apple

...

Sign in with Apple is not required if:

  • Your app exclusively uses your company’s own account setup and sign-in systems.

...

  • Your app is a client for a specific third-party service and users are required to sign in to their mail, social media, or other third-party account directly to access their content.
