My team is in the process of brainstorming features that we can include in our iOS app. To give you a background, we have a website that allows customers to inquire about a service. Customers can input their contact information in a form in order for the service providers to reach them. (Customers don’t have to make an account to inquire)
We’re planning on creating an app that will make it easier for service providers to contact their customers by presenting them a list of their customers, along with their contact information. Service providers can then choose a customer’s phone number or email address and message them through iMessage or whichever app they choose.
Are there similar applications that do this?
I’m also concerned if integrating this feature might pose privacy issues when being reviewed for the app store.
