For a month or so I can write to support team using Contact us section - when I try to tap "Call me" or "Submit" my message, button fades off for a sec showing loading process, but then nothing else happens. I tried to use different browser and even different device, but nothing helps! What should I do? How can I contact support?

You don't provide a link to the page you're having issues with, so I'm assuming you're talking about the Developer Support Contact Us page. I'm also unclear which browser and browser version you're using, which device (Mac, iPhone, iPad), what versions of the OS, whether you've disabled Javascript, and so on.
More information would help us guide you better.
