I downloaded one of the latest iOS 15 betas and it caused a massive issue on my IPhone XS Max where it causes it to constantly restart nonstop in continuous loop any fixes

Since it's a development iPhone, factory reset the iPhone, and reload it with the just-released version of iOS 15.
