Apple app reviewer can't connect to my backend

Recently published an app on the appstore. Unfortunately, the during the App Review they can't connect to my server. And I fail to understand why. I let the testers test the app, and there was no problem during the testing. Everytime I submit the app, they're telling me the same issue.
