M1 Xcode 13.3 without Rosetta, PO in debug doesn't work

Hi, I have error messages when I try to print some values in debug like "po varname" or "po expression"

I have messages: error: expression failed to parse: error: Couldn't realize type of self.

I use Xcode without rosetta, 13.3

I tried to clear derived data and clean project, it helps but after relaunch Xcode I have the same problem again

I'm also meet the same issue , when I input "po", Xcode 13.3 stuck immediately

I have also same issues with Xcode 13.3 and Monterey 12.3.1.

Any updates about that? I have the same issue.

I'm on Intel Xcode 13.3.1 and have the same error:

error: expression failed to parse:
error: Couldn't realize type of self.

Same with expr.

Our whole team with a mix of M1/Intel different Xcode's have all the same issue. All on monterey.

It seems like it works with "v". Also po works on objc + pure swift projects/frameworks.

  • 'v' works well.

Same issue as well, M1 Pro, Xcode 13.4, Mac OS 12.3.1 (21E258)

Works on Xcode 14.0 beta 1.

This doesn’t go live until tomorrow, but if you’re interested in this topic I reckon that WWDC 2022 Session 110370 Debug Swift debugging with LLDB will be super useful.
