I've been looking into the possibility of giving my paid app for free. So far I've only found 2 ways:

Using promo codes. It provides only a single app install per code and the user can't rate it. I'd like to provide full access to the application.

Gifting the app. However, I assume that I'd have to pay for it.
Is there any FREE way to give user full access to my paid app?
