Hi Everyone,
My company has been trying to validate our app, then upload to TestFlight using the XCode archive manager. We have enrolled in the Apple developer program, we have a free apps license, and our provisioning profiles are showing up in XCode on the Signing & Capabilities page.
When we attempt to validate our app or distribute to TestFlight, we get the following error message:
I saw some suggestions that said that creating new app in App Store Connect before uploading might help. When I tried to do that I got the following message:
The link takes me to the Apple Developer website, but there doesn't appear to be anything that needs to be done here. The Membership page says that our membership expires next year.
We have been communicating with the Apple support team about this issue for a few weeks, and we have been told that the our membership and free apps license have been set up, and the error message on the App Store Connect home page should disappear within a couple of weeks, but we can't upload or validate our app because it is still saying that our developer program membership has expired.
It seems like App Store Connect is not recognizing our membership for some reason. Does anybody know what might be causing this, or how it can be fixed?
