I have not been able to upload my app to App Store Connect using Xcode 13.2.1 for the past few hours.
Steps to reproduce the problem: Windows > Organizer > Distribute App > App Store Connect > Upload
I have tried to repeat the process multiple times. Xcode would return different errors on each attempt:

But https://developer.apple.com/system-status/ shows all green which I doubt is reflecting the truth.
this is exactly me right now! Im getting those 3 different messages and everything is green in the status. Did you manage to get the upload working ??? (hope yes since it's been a month!)
Click on Export instead of upload Turn off wifi when the XCode does its thing turn it on again to ensure your can export your ipa Upload your file through Transporter.
