mocOS crashes and reboots while using Simulator

Every time I work with Xcode Simulator or SwiftUI's Xcode Previews my Mac freezes and reboots. I get below report after restart:

Sorry to hear you are having problems with previews and the simulators in general. After reproducing the issue and your machine boots up again could you grab a sudo sysdiagnose and xcrun simctl diagnose, and file a feedback report with both?

    I have the same issue with others for months. I submit a feedback assistant for this issue with id:  FB10069968. I don't run  sudo sysdiagnose or  xcrun simctl diagnose but MacBook collected logs automatic.

    I will try to reproduce the issue and run these commands.

    It seems only intel Mac have the issue.

I have the issue for months. I reproduced the issue today and I run commands "sudo sysdiagnose" and "xcrun simctl diagnose" and updated it at feedback assistant with id: FB10069968 with the new logs.

Please route the issue to the right teams.

The same issue happening for 8-9 months now across all Mac os and Xcode updates. Please fix the issue. MBP intel mid 2019.

I had the same issue on a Mac Mini 2018 with 8GB of ram. Ram usage was always high with everything that was open at the same time (xcode, web browser with huge amount of tabs, android studio, ...). After upgrading to 32GB of RAM I haven't had this issue again (yet?). So it seems related to available RAM, even if this should not crash the whole machine, so Apple needs to fix this ...

When I had 8GB of RAM I found that closing everything I could close to liberate some RAM would mitigate the issue, and prevent it from happening too frequently. Another thing thats seemed to help was to use iPhone SE Simulator (even with last iOS version), maybe since it uses less RAM.
