I have been also looking for Ios emulator for windows 10 and my android tablet but can't find any because there are a lot of ios app that is not available for android. I just can't afford a thousand dollars IPhone right now. Any help would be appreciated.

IOS is closed source and Apple doesn't like to openly share it so using it in an emulator or VirtualMachine. But there are some IOS emulators available that will help you with an easy download of IOS apps. Emulators like Cider, IEMU are popular apps that you can try.
