I'm not sure if this is the app's issue or iOS, but anytime an app requires bluetooth for setup, it'll say that BT needs to be enabled with a link to the Settings > Bluetooth. Once there, I can't do anything because it's already enabled — which leaves me right back where I started...unable to install the app. And actually, the screen that always opens (#2) doesn't even have BT-related settings on it.
Since it's been happening more and more, I figured I'd reach out and ask.
