App screenshots can't be uploaded (stuck on 10%)

Hi!

I'm having an issue with one of my apps on App Store Connect. Every time I upload images, they get stuck on "10%" and don't finish the upload process. I waited more than 10 mins and the process doesn't complete.

  • That's happening only with one of my apps. The others are working fine;
  • If I refresh the page, all the images go away;
  • Tried emptying the browser cache;
  • Tried another browser;
  • Tried another computer;

I don't know what to do next! Below is the screenshot of this behavior. Can you please help me?

I don't have time to check it much, but i do think it's something relate to App Store Connect worker service.

For this issue, you can use a keys (create in Users and Access) and AppStoreConnect api to remove all images and upload again.

Please follow this guide, absolutely work :)
