Apple Developer Enrollment unable to verify an association between the organisation name and website URL

I have received an email which states 'We’ve been unable to verify an association between the organisation name and website URL provided in your enrolment.'

My company name and URL share the same name and only differ slightly with an added word afterwards, they are 80% the same. Furthermore, my website contains official company address & LTD name. There is proof of a link.

The agent is has asked for documents to prove it. He won't tell me what kind or any example, just something to prove the link.

Has anyone experienced this and what docs did you send?

Is the url registered to your company name : what result do you get in Whois search: name of your company or name of your provider ?

@Ptit-Xav Thanks for your reply - it is registered through GoDaddy. When I do the search it doesnt give an owner name, just registrar, key dates, Name servers etc
