How to find a BLE device from setting Bluetooth menu

Normally the BLE device will be find and connected from iOS APP. Is there a way to find out the BLE device from iOS Setting->Bluetooth menu?

It is not possible to see the advertising from the BLE Devices. You need to download other BLE Scan app from the APp Store. There are some of them.

the same problem. I wanna get ble-devices that connected by iOS system in my app, can I do that?
