Hello everyone
I have a problem with images in email when I open them from Mail app on both desktop and mobile app. Instead of showing the images, there is a question mark surrounded by a blue square (see attached screenshot). This happens only with the apple Mail app, but the images are visible if I access the mails via browser (chrome, safari) or via Gmail app.
I already tried to enable remote content in "Privacy" section on Preferences and changing the img format from WebP to PNG, but with no success.
Since the problem is present only with images hosted on our domain, I think the issue may be related to SSL certificates, but this is just a thought.
Our website is hosted on Siteground which provides a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. AFAIK this is fully supported by Apple.
Does someone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
