Bluetooth device(MFI) are getting duplicate in Bluetooth Page

Name changing or name duplicating are not seen with the following IOS versions Not reproduce in.
i) iOS 14.0 – iPhone X. ii) iOS 15.1 – iPad & iPod iii) iOS 15.6.0 - iPod

Reproduce in i). iOS 15.6.1 – iPhone 13 pro ii.) iOS 16.0.3 – iPhone 13 pro
