Hello @Ali-Rashid. I think you've answered your own question: App Review apparently told you your app needs to be published from a company account, and you're publishing it from an individual account.
That's likely due to an App Store Review guideline; you should have been given the guideline your app was not in compliance with when the app wasn't approved.
I recommend reviewing that guideline and contact App Review if you believe it was a mistake.
