A friend just steal my Developer Account when upgraded to Organization, he took control of the account and all apps and incomes are not coming to me, please need help

Contact Apple Support to see what to do. You cannot do it by yourself.
The difficult point will be to prove YOU are the legal owner and not HIM.
You may have to go to sue your "friend".
And check your friends…
