IOS 16.2 Developer mode

Hi Dear, I'am new. On my iphone 13 I have the ios 16.2 NO BETA version. Is it possible to enable developer mode? If the answer is yes, can you please describe step by step how to proceed? Thanks a lot Diego

Of course, before the update to the ios 16.2 version, an EaseUS program worked perfectly, after the update it doesn't work and the message appears: Cannot load data, device data is needed. I wrote to EaseUS customer support and they replied: enable developer mode in the phone, and connect it to PC again, then the program will work. They sent me this link for reference: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/enabling-developer-mode-on-a-device Unfortunately I have no experience with these things, so I asked the forum for help

Normally, you have to:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security on the iOS device.
  • Scroll down to the Developer Mode list item and navigate into it. To toggle Developer mode, use the “Developer Mode” switch.

See details here: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/enabling-developer-mode-on-a-device

If that does not work, you may first have to

  • connect the iPhone with USB to the Mac
  • Make sure the device is registered in XCode

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately if I go to Settings > Privacy & Security on the iOS device, the developer mode does not appear. So I connect the iPhone with USB to the Mac. How should I do to check if the device is registered in X-Code? What is X_Code?

Xcode is the development environment for apps.

If you don't develop, why do you need developer's mode ? Could you explain what you need to do with it ?
