- For some reasons latest version of Xcode , it does not support iOS - 16.2 which I am unable to install the app on my device and try it.
Xcode 16.2 iOS version non supported.
What do you mean precisely ?
- What error do you get ?
- Have you enabled developer's mode ?
- Does it run on simulator ?
it run on simulator on 16.0 however, there are no folders nor support for 16.2 which is my device runs on. Developer mode is on everything is fine except the app won't even install and Xcode just showed that check version of your device and supported devices on Xcode. which on Xcode there are no option to support 16.2 . max version Xcode supports is 16.0.
Which Xcode version exactly ? Should be Version 14.2 (14C18)
I'm facing the same issue. The Devices Supported within the iPhoneeOS.platform folder does not contain version 16.2. The highest is 16.1. Do we know when 16.2 will be added?
Also encountered this problem. Just update Xcode to version 14.2, it already has support for ios 16.2
Same issue. Run Xcode 13.2 on a MacBook Pro late 2014. Its a shame, Apple does not support older systems anymore. On my Mac I cannot install the newest version of Xcode. So I am restricted to 13.2 - and this version does not support the latest possible Version (16.6) for iPhone 12 mini.
