Can't add Internal Users to my TestFlight Build

If I try to add internal users to an TestFlight build, i get the error in the attached image.

Furthermore invitation links for TestFlight users, take over an hour to get sent.

Is fixed now. Works fine again.

Same for me I uploaded app to testflight, I release the app but it doesn't accept any internal test groups

Hi , when I add internal user ( who is also account admin) for testflight testing , it gets added but shows app version 1.4.0(1) installed , however I want to test version 1.3.1(1) . For another user it is ok.
