I cannot use an iPhone with iOS 16.4 with the latest version of Xcode due to some missing folders. It is not the first time, and solving this issue is always time-consuming.
PLEASE FIX ASAP AND DURABLY.
The folder for iOS 16.4 is missing.
All pieces of software and OS are up-to-date.
You'll need to download Xcode 14.3 Beta 3:

That's exactly what I did, but the version of iOS on the phone is not a beta, just the latest. So why it is not compatible with the latest version of Xcode? Not the beta.
AFAIK, 16.4 is still beta (Beta 4), not a release version (unless I missed something), so there may be some delays to sync all tools.

and Xcode 14.3 is incompatible with macOS Monterey 12.6.6, needs macOS 12.3
Xcode 14.3 not work on my mac book pro (2015) with macOS Monterey 12.6.5.
