Troubleshooting
- I followed the instructions regarding restarting devices, Xcode etc., in order, and this did not fix the issue

On my MBP M1 Max, I installed MacOS Ventura 13.3, then restarted devices, and Xcode in order, and this did not fix the issue

I reset trusted status of the computer across all devices - clearing and then putting it back - followed by restarts, and this did not fix the issue
This is NOT an issue on an iPhone Xs running iOS Version 16.3.1. Everything works as expected with the older device iOS Version 16.3.1.
This issue clearly only impacts the devices recently updated to iOS 16.4, with Xcode 14.2.
Is anyone else running into the issue? Did you resolve it? Any insight would be great, but I'm assuming this issue will only be fixed with more updates.
There are two options here, as this occurs often when an iOS Release is done and Xcode is behind.
For those who can install the beta or the release candidate:
- Install the Xcode 14.3 RC 2 over the Software Downloads page. This version includes the iOS 16.4 version.
For those cannot install the newest Xcode version:
- Download the 14.3 RC2, "show the package contents" of the app (context menu on app-file or right click on file). Navigate to "Xcode-14.3.0-Release.Candidate.2.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/". Copy the 6.4 directory in the same directory for your current Xcode version.
