Hi guys... I been looking on this site but have not been able to find any information on it.
My goal is to build an app and publish it (free).. I only know HTML, JS, PHP + sever SQL and VB.NET (basic language).
And I think you have to know c++ to create an app. So I was thinking creating a simple app that you can download from the appstore, but it's just a shell. Once you start the app, it's 100% web based. It's easier in so many ways it's kind of like a browser. And in this "app" is just like a website where it can access my webserver & database via PHP etc.
Can someone please tell me the EASIEST Way and quickest way to do this? Thank you so much!!
