why wechat（微信） can do this? APNS push can Wake up parent App in background?

Hi, everyone!

I have a question.

Why WeChat can use PUSH Notification to activate the application in background ？Even activate active the application which closed by user?

I know WeChat use Notification Service，but it can not active parent App in background！

So，WeChat can unlimited use Silent Push?

为什么微信的通话推送，可以激活应用？甚至是启动被用户主动关闭的应用？

我知道他起码是用了Notification Service，但是Notification Service也不能启动Parent App（主应用）啊。

难道微信可以无限量使用Silent Push？
