"Your CarPlay app must be designed primarily to provide the specified feature to a user (e.g. CarPlay audio apps must be designed primarily to provide audio playback services, CarPlay parking apps must be designed primarily to provide parking services, etc.)"
Does this mean if navigation is a small feature in your iOS app the app won't be eligible to receive a CarPlay entitlement because navigation is not the main purpose of the app? Or is "Your CarPlay app" referring only to the features of the app that would be displayed on the car screen? For example: Only the navigation features of the app would be displayed on the screen in the car, the other app features would only be on the iPhone/iPad portion of the app.
