I'm trying to setup my app that is currently released in Canada only, as a pre-order in the US.
I just reviewed https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2023/10015/ and tried to go through these steps to set it up. I'm not seeing these options under Pricing and Availability.
Is this new feature not available yet?
I tried to look for it and it's not available to me either so I think the new API changes aren't live yet.
