Our team is concerned about the verification of our app, because it’s still in the status of "in review". It’s in this status from May 23 to July 4. There is no reject to check, there are no notifications either. The situation has not changed in any way for more than a month.
The App Review Team confirmed to us that we had an expedited review, but it doesn’t look like "expedited".
Emails, calls to support or messages through Apple Store Connect didn’t help to find out the reason of such a long review.
We noticed that our competitors have updates coming out regularly without problems with verification.
We absolutely don’t understand what steps we should take to solve this problem. Does anyone have tips whose app has also been stuck in the review for more than a month?
