Apple Watch Receives APNs Notification with delay (ONLY when it's connected with iPhone)

APNs Notification Receive time on Apple Watch

  • Connected with iPhone
    • approximately 10-15 seconds
  • Without Connection with iPhone
    • Immediately (less than a single second)

Does anyone know why the situation that I've wrote above?
