Unable to create build for TapToPay on appstoreconnect

I am using TapToPay with stripe it is working fine on the development mode but when i try to create build for app store it shows 2 errors.

Did you apply to use the com.apple.developer.proximity-reader.payment.acceptance entitlement via the process described in Setting up the entitlement for Tap to Pay on iPhone? Did you receive confirmation that such access was granted?
