Its Apple's end. Code that I've had in production that was working yesterday isn't working today.
Just gotta wait it out.

I think that there is a problem with real purchase, too.
Same here. Same thing with real purchases, it only works when the user is asked for the account password to make the purchase. If the user makes two subsequent purchases the second one will fail (because it will not ask for the password).
