Xcode 15.3 package dependencies disappear

when switch branch in terminal, the package dependencies alway disappear. I have to restart Xcode to resolve this issue every time I switch the branch.

when I have switched branch the package dependencies disappeared, like this:

It's very boring! I have to reboot Xcode every time I switched branch.

It happens to me, I can make it work again by doing File > Packages > Resolve Package Versions. But it is a hassle anyway. To be honest it's actually an improvement over what I experienced before Xcode 15.3 which was packages being stuck resolving all the time.
