Have you tried deleting Xcode, rebooting, then reinstalling Xcode?

What about trying another version of Xcode?

Can you take a moment to open a bug report about this? Since you specify you don't receive this crash with Xcode 15.2, It would also be useful for you to try Xcode 16 beta and include whether the same crash happens with the beta version of Xcode.
