Could we send a build for the Beta App Review after this build was approved during the App Review ?

Hello,

I got a build which have been approved (during the App Review) and released on App Store Connect.

I would like to send it to external testers. The Beta App Review is mandatory. However I'm facing an issue when I try to send it to the Beta App Review.

Do you know if a released build could be sent to the Beta App Review ?
